PROJECT STRESS RELIEF 
OFFICIAL  RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible for the free, no obligation one day (8 hours per day) project consultation  you must submit the Blackbird Group Project Stress Relief registration form.  The registration form is available on Blackbird Group website at  www.blackbirdgroup.com/register/registerdtl.htm. 
   Registration entries must be received by October 19, 2001.  Should you wish to register without completing the online form you may register by calling Blackbird Group directly at 480-836-2092.  Please specify Project Stress Relief when calling.  
   

2. Limit one free project consultation per company.  In case of multiple registrations from the same company, the Blackbird Group, Ltd. reserves the right to determine the uniqueness of a registered entity within a company in order to determine the eligible number of free one day project consultations.  The free one day project consultation is to be conducted only on locations within the following U.S. states: Arizona, California, and Nevada.
   

3. To be eligible for the three (3) free days (8 hours per day) of project consulting you must complete and submit the registration as specified in number 1 above.  Also, a contract for The Blackbird Group, Ltd. to provide a minimum of 160 hours of consulting services, at an agreed upon rate, must be signed between an authorized representative of your company and Blackbird Group before November 30, 2001.  The three free days of project consulting will be available for use after the effective date of, and within accordance with, the signed contract.
   

4. Free consulting is open to legal businesses of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and whose employee has obtained a Project Stress Relief notification either by mail or e-mail.  The Blackbird Group, Ltd. is not responsible for illegible, lost, late or misdirected registrations, or for phone, electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties.  
   

5. By registering, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules.  All submissions become the property of The Blackbird Group, Ltd., and will not be returned.   To find out more about our privacy practices, click on www.blackbirdgroup.com/privacy.htm.  All registration entries must be received by October 19, 2001.
